In celebration of Kuwaiti Women’s Day, join us for an empowering storytelling session with Kuwaiti athlete AlHanouf AlTamimi 🌿
Under the theme “Finding Softness within Hardship,” AlHanouf shares her journey that began in 2017 when she discovered powerlifting. A proud Kuwaiti woman who has represented her country on the international stage, she has earned multiple Asian Championship titles and a world medal.
Her path was unconventional, taking unexpected routes to achieve her goals and shape her character. Through her experience in competitive sport, she will reflect on the realities of being a woman in the field, from self-identity and weight-sensitive environments to discipline, consistency, and resilience.
Expect a conversation on strength, growth, and finding softness through it all. 🌱

Most of our sessions are free, but a few workshops might have a small fee to support the facilitators and event costs. You'll find the specific pricing details next to each event.
Everyone is welcome —regardless of your background or experience. We want to make sure everyone feels included and heard. If there's an age limit, we’ll be sure to mention it.
Absolutely! We love when participants share their own experiences. Some events feature open-mic storytelling or Q&A sessions, giving you a chance to speak up and share your voice.
